Abdelfattah al-Sisi, who was elected for the first time in 2014, will be able to remain in office until 2030 if the current constitution stands. The recent video campaign against Sisi, which sparked street protests, points to growing dissatisfaction with the military, which has become even more powerful and richer under the current president. This dissatisfaction is also growing within the elites.<\/p>\n<p>Moderation <strong>Gudrun Harrer<\/strong>, managing editor of the daily newspaper \u201eDer Standard\u201c.<br \/>\nTeaches Modern History and Politics of the Middle East at the University of Vienna and at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Asiem el Difraoui<\/strong>, is an Egyptian-German political scientist, economist, documentary film and book author. He specialises in the Islamic-Arab world and is an expert on jihadist internet propaganda. He is co-editor of the magazine Zenith.
