And openly states what is missing elsewhere.<br \/>\nA new format develops from interviews as a mix of social science study, investigative research and journalism. An informative chronicle of the intertwining of objective misfortune and institutional failure in the Western world - such as the \u201eItalian tragedy\u201c, its European significance and contributors.<br \/>\nBecause in pandemic policy, sheer coincidence, i.e. luck\/bad luck on the one hand interacts with skill\/bad skill on the other. In 2019\/2020 he was Guest and Europe's Futures Fellow at the Institute for Human Sciences \/ IWM in Vienna.
