The Bruno Kreisky Forum for International Dialogue was founded in 1991, one year after Kreisky's death, to continue the causes that were particularly close to his heart during his political life. For decades, the „Kreiskyvilla“ at Armbrustergasse 15 in Vienna was and still is the venue for international and national meetings as well as a centre for political decision-making. It is a European centre of thought. Discussions, symposia, lectures and seminars fill the annual calendar and make this place an indispensable part of intellectual and political life in Vienna, Austria and Europe.
