CLIMARASSISM

CLIMARASSISM
The right's fight against the ecological turnaround
Right-wing parties and networks around the world are blocking effective climate protection. This is no coincidence: the main responsibility for climate change lies with the rich global North, but its victims are above all people who are already disadvantaged - both in this country and in the global South. White supremacy, extreme inequality and the exploitation of people and the environment go hand in hand. To disguise climate racism and classism, many deny that global warming is a problem at all.
What are the massive political dangers of the backlash against the green transition? What networks and arguments are the right-wingers using to attack the future? What does this have to do with our everyday lives and the prevailing system? And what can we do for the climate and justice?
