At the same time as the state of Israel was founded 75 years ago, hundreds of thousands of Palestinians lost their homeland. Palestinian family histories, like many Jewish ones, are characterised by flight and exile. At Or Chadasch, the only liberal Jewish community in Austria, four people with Palestinian roots living in Austria talk about their family stories and their lives, which have been shaped by these experiences.
