PUTIN'S ATTACK ON GERMANY
The experienced diplomat, former deputy head of the German Federal Intelligence Service (BND) and ex-NATO intelligence coordinator, is a long-standing expert on East-West relations. Freytag von Loringhoven, who worked at the embassies in Paris, Moscow, Prague and Warsaw, has been analysing Moscow's view of the EU and NATO for more than three decades, as well as the effects of disinformation, propaganda and cyber attacks. Together with academic Leon Erlenhorst, he has written a book on „Putin's Attack on Germany“, which not only focuses on bilateral relations, but also on targeted attacks on democracy and fundamental liberal values.
