WAR IN UKRAINE: HOW AND WHY THE PIVOTAL DECISION WAS MADE

Analysing how the most important decisions are made within the framework of the political system is the best way to understand the internal structure of the system, and the way how it functions. The escalation of Russia's relations with the West over Ukraine in 2021 - 2022 and the whole bunch of decisions made in this regard serve as a case study. On a base of all available information about decision-making in various fields, the work of decision-making mechanisms in Putin's Russia should be reconstructed in dynamics, letting to describe the system, its internal structure and how it works.
