1989-2015: WOMEN IN POST-COMMUNIST COUNTRIES
A NEGLECTED PROBLEM?

At our invitation, women from Eastern and Western Europe will meet at the Bruno Kreisky Forum for International Dialogue in Vienna from 21-23 October 2015 to discuss what the fall of the Iron Curtain has brought for women. The curator is the Croatian writer SLAVENKA DRAKULIĆ.

The introductory lecture on 21 October will be given by ALICE SCHWARZER, feminist and founder, publisher and editor-in-chief of the magazine EMMA .
