Former German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer in favour of „refounding Europe“

In a lecture on Wednesday evening at the Bruno Kreisky Forum for International Dialogue in Vienna, former German Vice-Chancellor and Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer spoke out in favour of a „refoundation of Europe“ in the face of growing threats.
