REAL ENGLISHMEN

Tessa Szyszkowitz is the curator of our PHILOXENIA series and has been a profil correspondent in London since 2010. In September 2018, she published her latest book "Real Englishmen. Great Britain after BREXIT" published by Picus Verlag published.

The author explores the question of how the UK will position itself after leaving the EU. Will New Britannia simply become Little England or an Empire 2.0? Does Brexit harbour opportunities?

On 24 September 2018 Tessa Szyszkowitz presented her book at the Kreisky Forum and discussed it with British journalist Gideon Rachman, Chief Financial Officer of the Financial Times.
