Therese Guttmann

Born 1990 in Vienna, expert in Ecological Economics, entrepreneur.

Therese Guttmann, MSc., is Managing Director of GUSTA, a company specialising in participation processes for energy expansion projects, and is pursuing a doctoral degree at the Vienna University of Economics and Business on eco-innovations in the energy and construction sectors. From 2022 to 2025, she was a university assistant at the Institute for Ecological Economics at WU Vienna, and prior to that, a researcher at the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT), where she researched sustainable business models in the building and energy sectors. Since 2023, she has been a member of the Scientific Board of Wiener Vorlesungen.
